Connecting Your Content to tellfaq.com
Overview
The first step to generating AI-powered FAQs is to connect your content to tellfaq.com. This article will guide you through the various methods available: connecting to Notion, linking your Google Drive, and uploading documents directly.
Connecting to Notion
If you store your knowledge base in Notion, you can connect it to tellfaq.com to automatically sync your content.
Navigate to the Integrations page in your dashboard.
Find the Notion integration and click "Connect Notion".
You will be redirected to Notion to authorize the connection. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant access to your workspace.
Once connected, you can sync your Notion pages from the Integrations page.
After a successful sync, you will see a confirmation message, and you can head over to the Pages section to start generating FAQs.
Connecting to Google Drive
You can also connect your Google Drive to import Google Docs as FAQs.
On the Integrations page, find the Google Drive integration and click "Connect Google Drive".
A Google authentication window will pop up. Choose your Google account and grant the necessary permissions.
After connecting, you can sync your Google Docs to import them into tellfaq.com.
Uploading Documents
If you have your content in documents, you can upload them directly to tellfaq.com.
Go to the Integrations page.
Click on the "Upload Document" button in the Document Upload card.
Select the file you want to upload from your computer.
We support the following file types: PDF (.pdf), Word documents (.doc, .docx), text files (.txt), and Markdown files (.md). The maximum file size is 10MB.
If you upload an unsupported file type or a file that is too large, you will receive an error message.
